Acceptance

By accessing or using WorldClock (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

WorldClock is a free, browser-based utility that provides world clock displays, countdown timers, and alarms. The Service is offered as-is, without any warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. While we strive to keep the clocks accurate and the site running smoothly, we cannot guarantee uptime or correctness.

Acceptable Use

You may use WorldClock for any lawful personal or commercial purpose. You agree not to:

Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or reproduce the site's content at scale.

Not Suitable for Safety-Critical Use

Our timers and alarms are convenience tools. They depend on your browser remaining open, your device having sufficient power, and your system clock being accurate. Do not rely on WorldClock for time-sensitive tasks where failure could cause physical harm, financial loss, or medical consequences. Use a dedicated device (a physical alarm, your phone's native alarm app, a medication reminder system) for anything that matters.

The Service displays advertisements from Google AdSense and may in the future include other ad networks. Advertisements are how we fund the free service. We do not endorse any advertised product or service and are not responsible for the content of external advertisers.

Intellectual Property

The design, code, typography choices, and written content of WorldClock are the intellectual property of the site operators. You may take screenshots and link to the site freely. You may not copy substantial portions of the code or written content for use on other websites without explicit permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
